If you have 1 year work history with a current employer, and prior work history with another employer in the same line of work, you should be fine.
If you have only 1 year work history, some exceptions would be:
You were in school and just started in the work force..you would need to provide evidence of the schooling..ie a diploma or degree.
You stayed home raising children and you have just re entered the workforce.
