Hi Pete,
I have a little gem for you. You probably have seen it, but I couldn’t resist sharing it:

If you click on the link below, you will see all 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms condos in SOMA, with a garage and a view (this link will continue updating itself with new properties):

The following website is providing great information on new developments in San Francisco. Have you seen their Sneak Preview to 1234 Howard? Enjoy.

Pete, your name looked awfully familiar. Having fun with Trulia? You guys are doing good job (most of the time – I have a small complaint below). Good Luck.

I understand that you need to post some questions there to get action. However, if you ask for agent and client cooperation try to avoid having your employees answer first and I don’t think that you should award them with the BEST answer if it is the only answer! Let your employees establish themselves in the fair competition with other agents. You just lost your credibility with me.

With so many buildings coming online over the next 18 months look for pricing to become more competitive. Look for value, view, competitive price and of course good financing terms. A few of the developers are offering below market interest rates so that can make it attractive to a no docs buyer.

I believe that alex and the folks at the http://www.sfnewsletter.com blog write pretty often about new SF developments. There was a good article on a few recently.
