Isn't 94134 the same zip code as Bayview where all the murders happen in sf?

Stoddy,

Look at the stats for 94105 and compare. Crime happens everywhere but it doesn't happen to everybody. The Portola district is a great place with nice single family homes and some great neighbors.

Neighbors that come together can clean up any area.

Stoddy,

Actually this property is located in the Portola District and the crime stats for this area are found in this link - http://gispubweb.sfgov.org/website/san_francisco_community/w…

In the last 90 days within 1/4 mile of that address there have been some drugs and thefts issues reported, no rapes, homicides etc... If you reduce that distance to 500 feet there has been one burglary. In case that link doesn't work, the main link to the crime stats site is http://www.sfgov.org/site/police_index.asp?id=23813

You can always also call the local police station non-emergency number and ask them about the area.

Feel free to call me if you need any more info.
