Does the maintenance include gas and heat ?

Hi Juliette: If the heat in each unit is separate, then the heat and gas could be billed separately. If it's an apartment complex type of situation and/or a coop, then the heat and gas are included in the maintenance. Maintenance is usually used to describe the costs associated with a coop and common charges are for condos. If I can assist you in some other way, please feel free to contact me. Good luck!

Maintenance generally does not include gas and electricity, but most times includes heat & hot water. Call the agency who has the listing to find out.
