Linda unfortanately this house may not be on the market yet. This is a notice that is has been taken back by the bank but not a listing for the sale of this property. Realty Trac picks up foreclosure notices from County registries and posts them on their site, trulia then picks up the reaty trac feed. The bank will assign it to an asset manager who will list with a local realtor, it will be cleanedl, appraised then put on the market. It could be some time before you see it on the market though. A good buyer broker could keep an eye out for you when it hits the MLS. Whenever you see realty trac you need to read the description carefully as they post notices not actual houses for sale. I have posted a link on my site that offers a free 7 day trial if you want to see what realty trac is about. I hope this info helps and good luck with your search.

This property is not yet on the market. This is not a listing,it is a Realty Trac posting. Realty Trac pulls their postings from public notices of foreclosure. They are a for profit site & they make their profit by getting people to register & pay for info that is available for free. The property has reverted to the bank & when it does become available it will most likely be listed with an agent. i suggest you contact a local realtor who can get you the latest, most accurate infof rom the MLS & let you know when it does come on the market.
