in reviewing this tax record it looks like it was foreclosed on on 1/28

TRUSTEES DEED UPON SALE 1/28/09 $109,433 $0 $0 090068784
Buyer: HOMESALES INC Seller: DORIS M LIZAMA-CUTLER Mtg Company: NO NEW MORTGAGE

I would wait for someone to contact you, depending on the lender you may be able to continue to rent or get some cash for keys

Lisa,

You should contact the landlord as soon as possible and ask the questions directly.

I would also start looking for another home to rent just in case. Better to be prepared than not.

Best of luck to you,

If this loan was back by Fannie Mae, then there is assistance available for renters like you through Fannie Mae. If the loan is not backed by Fannie Mae, then you will probably be evicted very soon.

Lisa,

Yes it appears to be foreclure process! It was suppose to go to auction on the 7th.

It seems that you would have recieved some communication from the bank or the owner.

Feel free to contact me with any questions! I wish you well!
