No response on submitted ticket.

I submitted a ticket (Ticket #5393-7330264) about our listing feed not showing up. I was told the listing feed was out dated and was given a link to the feed guidelines. They are dated 12/12/07 though which is the ones I based my feed off from. I haven't heard back since I asked for a clarification about the problem.

Thanks for the quick response. When i reply to the support email I never receive a response back again. I feel bad always coming back here, but this seems to be the only way to get another response.

Winston showed me a couple places where my feed was outdated and I made the requested changes, but haven't heard anything back since.

Any advice is appreciated!
