Hi Jose,

In our current market of foreclosures and short sales, you definatly want to have a Realtor working with you. An experienced Realtor will be able to help you navigate through the cumbersome foreclosure process. While these types of properties are great opportunities for purchase, many of the banks that own these homes require additional steps in the purchasing process. You should also know that the amount of time needed to close on a foreclosure home it typically longer and in some cases can take months.

Overall a foreclosure property can be very rewarding if you understand the whole process. This is where an experienced Realtor can help you the most and guide you through the process.

Buying a home isn't as complicated as rocket science, but it also isn't easy! There are many little things and many major things that you may not know about or consider, and when purchasing something as expensive as a home having an experienced professional there to help is always a good idea.

The link you have to the property doesn't seem to be working at the moment. But I would be happy to set up a time for us to interview each other, see if we will work well together, and get to know exactly what you where looking for in a home.

Hi Jose,

I can't seemt to find which property it ws you are looking at because when I click on the link it says it's removed. However, I live in Windermere and would love the opportunity to represent you with your purchase. Please check out these Windermere homes that you may also be interested. You need a lender approval letter prior to contacting a realtor who will represent you in purchasing any home. Never purchase direct from bank/seller/listing agent UNLESS you have your own buyer agent
