Agreed with James.

Realty Trac is not selling the property. They are simply monitoring the status of the property.

I think I located the property you are interested in.

Call me if you'd like to schedule a showing. It is active and listed for $134K.

There always seems to be some confusion on Realtytrac notices. The property is not listed for sale on Realtytrac but it is the notice of a legal action. Look at the clip from the description and you will see.

This property is a Lis Pendens. This is the initial document filed by an attorney or trustee on behalf of the foreclosing lender that starts the foreclosure process

That notice may or may not be current but it is posted on Realtytrac.

Sorry for the confusion they really need a banner that says not for sale at this price but then no one would subcribe to Realtytrac.
