Be sure to check out the owner-occupied resale in Frisco, too. We've got some great buys out there. Not every good deal on the market is vacant and foreclosed. The bank wants fair market for some of those vacant homes and isn't negotiating near as much as public opinion would have you believe.

One is located on 112110 Gonzales for $184,500 is list, property is on the tax roll appraises for $209K. The other one is 11315 Mansfield list price is $165,900 and is on the tax roll appraises for $211K, this one may need carpet replacement but still has the value you are looking for. Both homes about the same sq. footage that the home on Orange had.
