Just FYI,
Many large homes in Miami are rented for those prices, as it is considered a vacation rental for several families, or in many cases they rent to movie or commercial crews for filming.
I have worked as an extra on many movies here in Miami and the houses are utilized for the shoot and the family is given other housing during the shoot if it is their primary residence. It is not unusual. It just may not be for the average renter!

If they think they're going to rent that monstrosity at anywhere near that price those people are out of their minds. This unit will eventually be a foreclosure I'm sure.
