This home is under contract as of today. The home is beautiful and old. The listing agent (another Watson agent) said there is nothing glaringly wrong with the home, as he said "it's just old".

Actually the home is priced at $189,900 now. Original list price started at $259,900. I can only speculate there is strong seller motivation to sell and price reflects the state of the Jacksonville housing market.
