Carla:
I want to clarify that I do not work for Trulia nor was I the listing agent on this property. I did look in the MLS and see the listing was cancelled about 9 months ago. So, why did it show up on this website? If you were the owner when the property was listed (and I saw a gentlemans name on the tax records no one named Carla), in the listing agreement, it explains where the property information will be distributed (mls, vows, etc.). The owner ultimately agrees or not, as to where the property information will get distributed. Most likely, the box for website distribution, vows, and mls was checked and the Seller agreed to that information distribution.

Once the property is "active" in the mls, the information gets distributed to various websites (such as Trulia). When selling a home, this is actually a good thing because we don't know where the buyer will come from but we do know that more than 80% if buyers begin their search on the internet. The listings is not "active" on Trulia, it is an old listing that was once active in the Southwest Multiple Listing Service.

I hope this explains how your home appeared on Trulia.
