I am always on the look out for properties that can be good investments. If any potentially good investments come on the market, I immediately call my investor clients. If they are interested, I send them detailed information about the property. Before calling with a new potential investment, I do home work and check comps, drive by the property, etc. I call my investor clients periodically, to keep in touch. Also, when other potential buyers andd/or sellers ask for references, I always include my investor clients.
