Brs this is a notice of foreclosure not a property listing for a property for sale. anytime you see realty trac you need to read the listing carefully. if it does not say listed for sale, look for lis pendens, pre foreclosure or notice of foreclosure, if those are listed it is only a notice of foreclosure and may not be listed for sale until the bank buys it back at foreclosure auction. I hope this helps

That is posted by RealtyTrac and they are known for listing properties that have a Notice of Default. It is not on the market for sale right now. It's very frustrating that they are allowed to do this. If you'd like to view bank owned properties (REO's) in the Irvine and/or surrounding areas, I'd be happy to send you what is currently for sale. Let me know your search criteria (i.e. # of bedrooms/baths, price range, towns, etc.) email me at:, and I'll send you what's available right now...Merry Christmas!!

Bes -

From what I can see, this property is not currently listed for sale. It may have a Notice of Default posted but that does not necessarily mean it is currently for sale. If you are looking for properties in Irvine or anywhere in Orange County, I can certainly assist you.
