Dusty, don't feel so confused this seems to be a common occurance in high end real estate thses days.

Check out this $1,955,000 condo in NY with no bathrooms.....…

This only supports my theory that the super-rich are an alien lifeform..or Senators.

Best, Dunes

On any property listed here or realty trac look for the fine print, actually it is not fine it is the first line that states this is a notice of foreclosure sale, it is not being advertised for sael. anytime you see realty trac, it is being picked up by realty trac as a notice from the local registry, often the amount you see is what they are behind or what they owe. it is not and will never be what they ask for it as a sales price. if it does get foreclosed on and if the bank buys it back at auction, it will be listed with a local broker at todays marklet price for that area. hope this helps dusty.

This house has no bedrooms or bathrooms - people that live in a fairy tale land do not need them.
In my monthly Blog I have a section "For Dreamers, Poets and Lovers ..." - I have written about houses sold on E-bay for $1.75 but this one would be tops.

Realty Trac strikes again! They deliberately withhold pertinent info in the hope that you will register (and Pay)with them. These are not necessarily listed properties. Realty Trac just lists all properties that appear on a public list of foreclosures. They are a for profit website & this is how they make their profit. Also, the $7100 pric e is not the list price,it is the amount owed on the mortgage or lien.
