Hi. I am looking on the agent database at this property. It has been on the market 13 weeks. Unfortunately the agent has not put a description or photos on the listing. Usually if it is an estate sale it will say so in the description, and the photos usually will show that it has not been upgraded in some time. Other than an estate sale, there is no way to tell why it is on the market. Even if it is an estate sale, it doesn't mean the person died in the apt, simply that the sale is because they died.

What would make you think that. And if it is someone, that is who you should ask. People will tell you anything to keep you from getting what they want.

An agent is not required to disclose this information.
