Do you know something I don't? The market is very close to the bottom right now; a negotiated sales price, after several price reductions by the seller, IS the bottom. If a home is just fresh on the market, there may be more room to move, but a knowledgable agent should be able to advise you. Don't wait long; this pricing is bound to 're-bound'.
