I found an ad on Craigslist offering this home to lease. Does anyone know of it's validity and/or the owner?

This home is not listed in the MLS Leasing service so it appears at this time that the homeowners are attempting to lease the home out themselves. That means that you would not be protected under the lease contract promulgated by Abor TAR or TREC. Make sure you have a solid agreement that protects you as a tenant. If you would like me to help you find a home for lease, let me know. I can help you find the property, fill out the paperwork and get a solid contract for your lease. There is no fee for you to use my services.
Talk to you soon.

Dear Tana,
That home was leased on November 18th. Many of the homes you find on the various online home search sites are not up to date. If you have a Realtor working on your behalf to find a home, you will have the latest Multiple Listing Service results. Also you should know the seller or landlord pays the fee for a tenant. So having representation costs you zero! Please give me a call if I may assist you with your search. Happy Holidays!

This property was showing as leased on Nov. 18, 2008 in our MLS database. How old was the ad on Craigslist that you found?

It had been on the market for sale from July - October.

Call my office if we can help you find a place.

Good luck
