Asked by Sheri Curci, Newtown, PA Wed Dec 10, 2008

Im starting to notice that some Mtg Co's are easing up on their guidlines as long as the Buyer's are showing good FICO scores.......

We are seeing a slow down. We had a lot don't get me wrong, but not like what others have seen around other parts of the country. You can go to the real estate center with Texas A&M to get the stats we are getting for our state.

Here in Oklahoma, the percentage has been relatively the same, no real increase in the nuber of foreclosures being identified. loan standards have strained the ability of many new buyers, which brings out a few new products in the financial world... time to buy now..

I am seeing fewer then last year. But it is still higher then anyone would like. Another point here is the high rate of layoffs coming very soon. I think we will see yet more to come.

Not really. We are still seeing a fairly high rate of foreclosures in Michigan.
