I totally agree with the Somers. This site and others like it totally mislead the public and then they send them on a wild goose hunt! It's horrible.

Hello Elizabeth,

The homes that are listed here for foreclosures are coming from Realtytrac. Realtytrac is a website that will give information about homes that are being foreclosed on or that have been. Usually its just minimal information. If these homes wind up being listed by a Realtor that the bank hires, usually the listing price is much higher than what is listed on Realtytrac. If you are interested in foreclosure homes, feel free to e-mail me and I would love to talk to you about the entire process. I do work with banks and consider myself to be an expert in this area. I know how to deal with the banks to get my clients what they want. But, it is a process.

Feel free to contact me.

I think these sites are getting too many people excited when they see the prices. There should be some sort of qualification on the site that that is not going to be the list price if and when it goes on the market.

Ultimately, what happens is that too many consumers are going to be looking for "deals" that do not exist.
