HI Dee. This is a 2 bedroom home. I believe that the reason it appears that the backyard walls are building backs is because, well... they are. All along the side of this lot are the backs of some office buildings. In fact, the commercial lot wraps around this lot. There is one house next door to this one on the north side (left if you're looking at the house). I do not have more photos, but would be happy to show the house to you if you are interested.

If you would like more information on this or any other property, please feel free to contact me any time.

Hi Dee, this property is listed by Mike at Habitation Realty. I have shown the house to a couple of folks, and think it's a great 4th ave property (its' flanked by commercial, but that's part of it's appeal as you can make it partially commercial as well). It is a 2 bedroom, but kind of a strange 2 bedroom as there's no door on one, and you can only fit a futon in the other, hehe!) My number is 520-204-2008, email, (my info should be below). I'm a buyer's agent, I have no fees and I represent you, and let me know what I can do!

If you are interested in a "historic" house in Tucson - we have 8 on the market, price ranges from $126,000 to $270,000, year built 1915 to 1943, located mostly in central part of town. Many historic properties have no garages and no A/C, wiring and plumbing is often original (old).
There are many more listing with a highar price.
