You have noted from below & any further, I am sure, no Realtor claims to be a comprehensive schools expert - it simply is not our field. It isn't a cop-out, but it's that the question itself is so subjective - what is amazing to one person in education doesn't work for another. There probably will eventually be a career field for "school agents"; much like their are housing agents - people who match you to what is right & spend their 14-hour workdays being experts in that particular field.
What is great about the Denver-area MLS (unlike some others across the country) is that your Buyers' Agent can actually search on a grammer, etc, school - this is unusual, actually, & really helpful. THAT BEING SAID, it will be your ultimate responsibility to verifiy the school & check whether there are any upcoming district plan changes. Your agent can give you the proper venues for this, but you should protect yourself & hear it always for yourself from a district official & get the exact name of the person who verified it for you. Good luck with the search!
I love the are you are considering. I don't just offer an auto-listing program - I search out every possible listing in your parameters & preview them for you so you only see the best of the best. If you feel that extensive service would help you, please email me. Nicci@NicciHyatt.com

As far as rating them, that is beyond my field of expertise. They may not all be near 80224, but you'll be able to sort that out by the addresses listed.
Hope that helps!
