There is a link so you can contact the listing agent directly however You really should get a buyer broker who can get the answers to your questions and assist you with an offer if you choose. In most cases you can negotiate it so that it does not cost you anything out of pocket for a buyer agent as they get paid through the listing agent at closing. You really should have someone to look out for you and assist you through each step of the buying process. Good Luck with your purchase.
