If you have an issue with your agent, I would suggest you contact his manager/broker first and foremost.

Is it a second offer on the same house? There may be some commitment there. It depends if the agent can show a procuring cause. Have you signed a buyer/broker agreement?

Nuevolaredo,
If you are unhappy with your representation, you should seek out a new agent. Purchasing a home is one of the biggest financial decisions you will most likely make, and you and your assets should be protected through every step of the transaction and beyond. I would suggest interviewing a few agents first, to verify they are experienced, will work hard for you, and are a good fit.

I wish you the best in your search,

Pamela
