I agree with Jeff and the same hold true if you are looking to purchase 38 New St. If you are working with a Realtor as your buyer agent, he/she should "run the comps" for you to determine what similar homes in the neighborhood have sold for recently. It's a very similar process to doing a market analysis.
Are you looking to sell your home?
If so, the best advice is to spaek to a Realtor that can give you a Market Value Analysis. They need to view the home and give you that price. For an agent to arbitrarily give you a pirce would be an injustice to you.
