If you visit the Escambia county property appraiser site, http://www.escpa.org, you will see that in 1996, there are two deeds conveyed for the property, one for $50,000 and the other $120,000. This is the $50,000 that Trulia is mentioning at the link you provided, and not a recent sales price. Thanks for the question!
A search of the multiple listing service shows that the recent listing on this property expired in August 2008. The list price was $369,900. The last sale was in Dec 2005 for $235,000. The Tax rolls show that in January 2008 there was a deed filed to remove one of the owners from the title. I have not seen anywhere that indicates a $50,000 sales price.
Also, unless the property has closed an agent can not tell you how much the property sold for. Once it has closed it is considered public information.
