Start contacting every REO (foreclosure) listing agent in town. A lot of them will ignore you at first because they're likely extremely busy, but keep letting them know you're around and when their current guy gets sick or drops the ball you'll get your shot. Also, google bank lists or asset mgr lists and hit up all of those folks. A lot of them are tech based and you'll likely need to register on their websites. Price low to get the business and raise prices over time always seems to work. As you get busy you can start to demand a little more money. Good Luck!

Network with realtors handling foreclosure listings (scour your multiple listing service for low-cost properties... those realtors with tons of low-cost listings are a good way to start); contact asset managers at banks; contact real estate investors and investment "groups"; contact larger property preservation companies looking to sub out work....

Your pricing will be relative to so many things.... as little as $300 to upwards of a few thousand depending on what needs to be done... go for it!

I agree with the BNI group - it's a great way to connect with people in many different industries. The only draw back is that they only allow one person from each industry to be in the group. In other words, only one person from the bank industry would be there, one person from an insurance industry would be allowed to join and so on. You may also want to look into places where you might connect with more mortgage or bank related industries. I would think that is where most of your clients are going to come from. You may also want to find Realtors that deals with investor groups.

Join a group like BNI

It's a great place to network with other small business owners, the group only refers people in the group and can really help you grow your business. Check it out

I have a friend in the insurance business and she told me that she has a client doing this and he charges anywhere from $500-$750. They are also insuring the business for about $500 for an annual policy.
