You are a smart girl. Owning a home in your budget can start building your retirement.
First of course you have to have a job. Most regular loans say you can afford 28% of your gross monthly income for a payment. If you are in an low income bracket I think I can help you too. It will take a little longer though. No credit is not bad. Call me anytime or email me through here or directly at email@example.com.
Thanks for asking me, I'd love help you.
Were you able to get an approval yet? Give me a call so we can review your situation further. We have programs available for light credit borrowers and serve all of Oklahoma.
Is the credit that you do have good? Have you made all of your rent payments on time? Do you have about $3,000 saved up that you could use for the purchase of your loan? If you were able to answer yes to these 3 questions then you should be able to get a loan. I would recommend calling Debbie Binion, she is a lender who will be able to pull your credit and will be better able to help you. Her phone number is 405-613-7359. If I can help with anything else feel free to give me a call at 405-570-7585
