Royal Palms, Palm Desert:

This is a Condo conversion project with NO patios. Lower end type properties on busy street. Rentals are okay...the remodeled units are beautifully done. It is a gated community and amenities include a luxurious club house, fitness room, 2 Pool & Spas.

HOA dues are only $222. As a resident in the City of Palm Desert, residents can enjoy access to public golf at Desert Willow Golf Course and discount golf.
