Go Red Sox................If you still need help, send me an email with address and I will forward the listing info to you. No strings attached. Also, per your other question, there are rental agents that just deal in monthly rentals. I can forward those names to you as well. this is the time of year they start to book up for in season.

You have some solid answers as Realtors giving you the Sarasota County web site at: http://www.sarasotaproperty.net
Are you searching an specific area, such as Downtown, Longboat Key, Siesta or a price range?

You may check sales of condos at the Sarasota County website, http://www.sarasotaproperty.net, go to property seach and look at the bottom of the form for "sales search" you can then enter the name of the condo you wish to search and the dates. Or even easier, email me the information and I will do the search for you.
