I would like to buy a property in San Diego, but I am seeing houses for about $60,000. Is this the real?

buying price or just some down payment? I have about $80,000 cash so can I get a property for that?

Are you looking for investment property or primary residence? We don't have houses for $60K. We do have property that you can afford that has positive cash flow. I am guessing you are loooking at an auction site. These are very misleading because, they have reserve prices. Meaning if it doesn't get bid up high enough they do not have to sell it to you, similar to e-bay.

Take a look at my site becasue I can help you.

Have I got a bridge for sale for you!!!

The reality is that you most likely will npt find a singke family home for under $100,000 in a nice area in San Diego. You can find som condo's in that prtice range in some areas. You can definitly use your $80,000 or part of it as a down payment and find a great value.

I have a really good search site that is completely free! (others wat to charge you monthly or other ways)
It does not ask you for your name, phone, address or email to see the listings. It really is free and no obligation.

It also gives you foreclosures that ACTALLY are available to buy. Many of the other sites give you anything that has a NOD (Notice of Default) filed, many if not most of which are not available for sale and probubly will never actually be put on the matrket because the owner will cure the default. Every listing on this site is listed on the MLS is available for purchase.

You get addresses, price, pictures, property info, maps, comparable sales info and more
