If the listing agent is not available and you seriously want to see this home, send me an email. I will arrange to show it to you. If you have questions, forward them and I will get the answers for you.

Contact a Realtor to act as your buyer agent. Have that agent set up an appointment through the listing agency to tour the home, and have that agent request a time that the seller can be there at the same time. If the list agent chooses to attend too, that is just one more person for you to ask questions! I hope this is helpful, I was not sure exactly what you meant by "person to person". Good luck in your home hunting!

HI Robert, that can be difficult because buyers agents are held to a code of ethics and are not supposed to inquire directly to the seller without going thru the listing agent.

But, why don't you try putting a personal note on the front door of the seller's home and let them know that you don't want to be solicited by their agent, but just want to ask some questions about their home. As long as the questions are about the condition of the home, how things work, what amenities they have, it shouldn't be a problem
