I submitted a question about bloggin last week through your customer service and I have not received a reply.

I saw a ticket number and your confirmation read that I could check the status of the response under "My Support". I have checked in a few places and can' t seem to find the "My Support" button. Also, I did not receive the email notification reply it told me to expect. (I used the same email address I always use with Trulia.)
