Venice, Fl and Vicinity Condo

Asked by Geo Martin, Central Business District, Newark, NJ Mon Sep 1, 2008

Looking to buy a semi-retirement in Venice area. What are the best areas? I dont want to pay more than about $150K for a 2 bedroom unit. However, it must be a safe area and pet friendly.

Have you been able to find a suitable Venice area property? What are our other criteria?
There are currently some great values for consideration.

Try North Englewood. Borders Venice, very safe area and close to the Gulf. Many properties in that range.

Venice is a very quiet and a great area close to the Gulf Beaches. You may find some difficulty in your price range that allows pets in the downtown area. You may want to review MLS #s: D568933, D566239, N564469 and A358176 for a reference. Come and join us in the Sun. You may want to consider from Sarasota to South Venice.
