I am at the brink of foreclosure due to payments, but i know there is someone out here that can pay and take care of this beautiful home. Anyone have any way to help me in this situation?

I may be a little late answering, but if your property is still avaiable, I'd be happy to handle the marketing.

Many lenders are wlling to do a "short sale" rather than foreclose on a property. I've handled properties in various stages of foreclosure and am familiar with the process as well as which "chains to rattle".

Please contact me if I can be of assistance.

I live about an hour north of Toledo. I know a great Realtor down there that can help get your home sold fast.
Give me a quick email at with your contact information, the home's address and best time to reach you and I will have him give you a call to get the ball rolling.

When dealing with Historical Properties, like yours in the OWE, you should use an agent with a proven track record. Email me at, I will connect you with the number one agent in the OWE for the past several years, someone who loves, lives and breathes the Old West End. These are trying times, don't take chances. With regards to possible foreclosure, communication with your lender is key, they do not want your home back, they would rather work out a possible solution.

Are you thinking about putting it up with an agent? I can certainly refer you to a gal that I know in the area who is fantastic. Email your name and info to: or call me and we can go from there.
