Tj, Both Buyer and Seller in 29455

Bought investment property from REALTOR who signed leases to get me qualified,

After closing; realtor walked away; real estate company says they did nothing wrong. I am being forclosed on and looking at bankruptcy. Is there anything I can do?

You are ultimately responsible for any mortgage payments, insurance, taxes, not the realtor. If you had not paid NOR leased the property there is no fault of realtor or broker. Confer with real estate attorney regarding circumstance. However if YOU & realtor worked in concert defraud the mortgage company you are both potential held liable.
