Is anyone finding 80/10/10 loans out there? Purchase, amt. 700,000 - I know there are 90% single loans

with MI, so don't suggest that. I have a 1st that will subbordinate a second, but my second just flaked.

what about FHA? Sure there is MI but they will get a better 30 year rate then Conventional and the borrower can come in with a lot less money. The MI payments are for 5 years. I think of the MI being like a second mortgage payment. FHA allows 96.5% financing. RPM funds and underwrites our FHA deals allowing us to gurantee a quick close.
