Hi Shoshi, your best bet is to contact a Realtor in the Phoenix area who can provide you with the specifics you are looking for. I agree with the others, the internet has an unlimited supply of info for you. However, you may not know exactly where to look to get answers to your questions quickly and efficiently. This is where an Agent can come in very handy. Hope this helps. Have a great day!

The best place is on the internet. There are numerous places that give lots of dtat about homes such as Trulia, Zillow, and Realtor.com . If you would like data on the area try ciydata.com or if it is a town or neighborhood you are interested in relocated to, try Googling the name.

Shoshi -

If you are looking for information not on the internet, the best bet is to contact a REALTOR. We can put together the information you want and send it to you, e-mail or mail what ever you prefer. If you are still looking for a REALTOR I'd love to chat with you and see if I can be of any help. You can reach my office 480-451-9339.

Hi Shoshi,
You can find the information you want online.
If you want to do the research yourself, go to http://www.Trulia.com & you can find what you want under the "stats & trends" tab at the top of any page. You can also go to http://www.Homes.com & after clicking on any property in the city you want, you can find the information you seek by clicking on the "schools" and "area facts" tabs.
However, you could have a real estate agent do this research for you & send you the information to save you some time. Real Estate agents may have access to more updated stats.
I hope the information I gave you will help you to make good real estate decisions.

Hi Shoshi,

Any decent REALTOR can get you the information you desire. Your best bet is to interview a few and find out which one you connect best with. From there they will help guide you through the process and provide you the information you need.

Let me know if I can be of any help!

INTERNET, REAL ESTATE AGENT, CITY WEBSITE, ALL OVER THE PLACE. You can go to a number of real estate websites such as: RealEstateBook.com or Realtor.com or Craigslist.com or LycosClassifieds.com or ActiveRain.com or your local MLS real estate or your local newspaper in the Real Estate Section.

Good luck
