I have been researching who to get to build my site for weeks and weeks.
Finally decided on Advanced Access because I liked the work they did on other agent's sites. I looked for local top agents as well as realtors across the US who were newsworthy or had a noticeable web presence.
My second choice would be iHouse. They seemed to be the top two used by top agents.
Advanced Access had several pricing options when I ordered up. I'm sure the others do too.
They do the design and the hosting. iDX link is part of it. School and neighborhood info should be included. Send me your email add and I'll send you a link when my site goes live; hopefully next week.
The guy I talked to at AA was John Bui. He's a good salesman and very knowledgeable about the workings of the website.

The ISD websites in most cities supplies this info. In many instances there is a local publication listing the top areas and schools.
