The Golden Triangle is a large area and there are variables for value. People will appreciate the part closest to the village and to schools. The best locations are interior (so not directly on Saratoga Avenue, Saratoga-Sunnyvale Road, or Cox Avenue) and away from negatives like the railroad tracks, freeway wall, high voltage lines or the power substation, which are on the Cox end of the triangle.
For a bit more information on Saratoga, please see the article I wrote which is linked below, or call or email me for more details.

There IS something wrong! Here is an actual example:
A home in the golden triangle sold in 1998 for $810,000 (asking price was $799,000)
The same homes sold recently for $1,680,000 (asking price was $1,598,000)
There are a many examples like this.
BTW: I have listing coming on the market in the next few days in the triangle with 5 bedrooms and 19,000 sf lot for $1,890,000
