We just spoke about this last week just before the rule changed. It seams that due to many issues the form was created to get rid of those issues. Now we are getting rid of it. Most people are of the same feeling that it will be back real soon.

Although I agree that the requirement to give the transaction broker notice should no longer exist, it clearly would be helpful to keep the form for educational purposes. Some consumers do ask “what are the duties of a transaction broker”.
