If you would like someone to do the research for you, which I reccomend, I would be glad to help you in any way I can. Previous sales history wioll not have much bearing on what a current seller will sell the home for. If you are looking to see what someone paid for a particular property, we can usually find that 90% of the time, but in my experience I have found that none of that really matters when it comes time to make an offer. A house is only worth what you are willing to pay, and will only sell when the buyer and seller agree to a specific price.
I have sold many homes for less than what someone else paid and I have also ran into many sellers that no matter what the market will bear, are just unrealistic about what they are going to get for their home.
