I would be happy to show you all parts of Naples Park and help you in your decision. Please get a hold of me and let me know what is important to you and I will put together a custom home search report for you to view. I look forward to answering all of your questions and concerns.

I think you are asking the wrong question. Your answers will be only the Agents opinion and if you get 5 answers, you may get 5 different opinions. I recommend you visit the area for yourself and make up your own mind.

Some people like West of 6th St North as it is closer to the canals and water by Vanderbilt Dr. However, many prefer to be in the southern part of Naples Park below 95th Ave North as they are closer to bike to Vanderbilt beach, visit the shops and restaurants for evening entertainment. Most important with renters not wanting to drive everywhere while on vacation.
The 500 block and Vanderbilt is the most desirable and when the market returns will command the higher prices. I currently have one on 104th Ave in the 500 block. when you decide to look, give me a call I have been working with several other buyers in that area and am very aware of the new codes put into place there. If you would like me to forward them to you please feel free to contact me at email@example.com or 239-659-3272
