My only question to you, Luis is why are you and your partners building condos in an already densely inventoried submarket? They better be unique, remarkable, value-rich, amenity-loaded, perfectly located, secure and inexpensive for the submarket. Otherwise, welcome to the world of high-pressure pre-selling and lethargic consumer sluggishness.
Thank you for your feed back it is much appreceated. I looked for the Sembler Project. did you mean the Brookhaven one? I could not find one closer than that one. It will be amazing. I feel that our project is very unique and location and price point is our strong points. You can walk next door to the Whole Foods. I am really intrested about the things that you dont see driving around. Like feeling of the community from people that live and work there. Thanks Judy for your imput as well very helpfull.
