Supply and demand in Artesia has drove rental prices up in Artesia, Roswell, and Carlsbad. Artesia has been building like crazy but with the government giving these agents (border patrol, BIA, ect.) $70/day for housing - people decided to charge that amount for rentals that are fully furnished with everything including plates and silverware! I don't know if this answered your question and the rentals that are not FLETC are charging just a little more to get the better rentals. Call my co-worker at Century 21 Home Planning in Roswell at 575-622-0021 and ask for Vicki - she will help you find something!
