If there's a particular condo association you're interested in, any local agent can provide that information for you. BTW, are you aware of the lending restrictions in place currently for government backed or insured mortgages? If seriously considering a condo right now, and if you'll be needing financing; I wholeheartedly recommend finding your lender first, and knowing which developments are on 'their list' and which ones aren't.
