Currently I see the entrance being built, rock formation and a water feature I believe will be the highlight in the entrance.  I also see lots of heavy equipment.  It appears there is much activity going on these days.  But nothing as far as a completion date.  I do not actually see any construction of buildings yet. Recent activity on the property Walmart owns will surely lead to talk by residents. A drill rig on site.
