After the auction, the Foreclosing bank takes ownership immediately (if there are no bids which is the case 99.9% in the current market). I'm not sure if you're talking about 99 Spring, Silver Street Spring Condo Association, but there are two current properties for sale, unit #44 for 189,900 and unit #36 for 219,000.
