Sqft price is not ALWAYS a good way to determine if it is a great value.  Definitely must take in account the finish out and any upgrades the house may have.  &#13;

Schools are very big draw for Allen.&#13;

If you have not enlisted the services of a Realtor yet.  I would definitely recommend looking into it.  Our services are free to you as they are already negotiated into the Sales price when listing.
